Tomato Twist

Tomato Twist is an early-maturing determinate hybrid with a fruiting period of 87 to 95 days. The plant is strong, compact, 70-90 cm tall, with well-leafed stems. The first flower cluster forms above the 5th-6th leaf, and subsequent clusters form every 1-2 leaves. Fruits are round, dense, multi-chambered, bright red, without green spot at the calyx, weighing from 130 to 185 grams. They have excellent taste qualities and are suitable for both fresh consumption and pickling. Due to their dense structure, the fruits are resistant to cracking and well-tolerate transportation. The Twist hybrid has high resistance to a range of diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus, blossom and root rot, as well as alternaria. It demonstrates heat tolerance, stress resistance, and good adaptation to high air and soil temperatures, ensuring stable fruit set even under challenging climatic conditions. Additionally, the variety is cold- and drought-resistant, expanding its cultivation possibilities. Tomato Twist is suitable for cultivation both in plastic greenhouses and in open ground. Seeds of this hybrid are popular among both experienced agronomists and novice gardeners, especially when using the direct-seeding method, which saves time and effort by eliminating the seedling stage. Thanks to its strong immunity and numerous advantages, this hybrid ensures an early, abundant, high-quality harvest.
