The plant is determinate, compact, reaching up to 60 cm in height, which simplifies care and harvesting. Bushes are dense, stem-like, with simple inflorescences, and each cluster forms up to 7 fruits. The variety is characterized by its low maintenance requirements and resistance to common diseases, making it suitable for various climatic conditions. The fruits of tomato Petrushka Ogrodnik have a bright pink color and an oval-elongated shape resembling a cap, which inspired the original name of the variety. The weight of one fruit reaches 200 grams. The flesh is juicy, succulent, with high sugar content, giving the tomatoes a sweet taste. The fruits are multi-chambered, with more than six seed cavities, have medium density and a smooth, thin skin. Due to their high transportability and good storability, these tomatoes are suitable for both fresh consumption and processing. The Petrushka Ogrodnik variety is versatile in use: its fruits are excellent for whole canning, making juices, sauces, and fresh salads. The culture is heat- and light-loving, preferring light, fertile soils. For cultivation, it is recommended to use seedlings aged 50-60 days or direct sowing of seeds into the soil at a depth of 1-1.5 cm. Before sowing, seeds are preferably treated with a 1% potassium permanganate solution to improve germination and protect against diseases.
