Tomato Petrovich is an indeterminate hybrid variety characterized by a prolonged vegetative period and continuous growth and fruiting. Ripening times vary from 90 to 110 days depending on growing conditions, making it a mid-early variety. Plants are vigorous, reaching heights from 50 centimeters to 2.5 meters, forming a single stem and requiring staking and moderate suckering for optimal development. Suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings.

The fruits of Tomato Petrovich have a flat-round shape and exhibit high marketability and transportability. Their weight ranges from 124 to 250 grams, sometimes reaching 300 grams, allowing for large and attractive fruits. The skin is smooth, the flesh is dense, fleshy, and juicy with a rich tomato flavor and pleasant aroma. The number of chambers in the fruits ranges from 4 to 6, and the color upon ripening is red or pink, depending on the specific hybrid variant.

The variety demonstrates high resistance to major solanaceous diseases, such as verticillium wilt and alternaria, significantly simplifying care and increasing harvest reliability. With proper watering and fertilization, up to 4.6 kilograms of quality fruits can be harvested per plant, with yields reaching 22-24 kilograms per square meter at a planting density of about three plants. Tomato Petrovich is ideal for fresh markets due to its flavor qualities and ability to retain marketable appearance during transport.
