PETER THE FIRST

Tomato Peter the First is presented in two main variants: a medium-early determinate variety and an early indeterminate hybrid Peter F1. The medium-early variety has a ripening period of 105-110 days, a compact plant height of 50-70 cm, requiring staking and moderate suckering. The fruits of this variety are large, flat-round, red, weighing 200-250 grams, with excellent taste and aroma. With proper care, yield reaches up to 4.6 kg per plant, and the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption as well as for making juice, puree, and sauces. The variety is characterized by comprehensive resistance to diseases of solanaceous crops.

The indeterminate hybrid Peter F1 is suitable for cultivation both in open and protected ground. It features taller and more vigorous growth, with plant height of 2-2.5 meters and formation of a single stem. The fruits of the hybrid have a pink-blackberry color, heart-shaped plum-like form, and weigh 130-150 grams. The hybrid has high yield — 22-24 kg per square meter at a planting density of 3 plants per m². The fruits are dense, transportable, with high commercial and taste qualities, making them attractive for the fresh vegetable market.

Both variants of tomato Peter are resistant to tomato mosaic virus and alternaria, ensuring reliable cultivation and stable yield. It is recommended to form the hybrid into a single stem and moderately sucker the determinate variety. These tomatoes are suitable for diverse uses — from fresh consumption to processing, making them a universal choice for gardeners and farmers.
