Description Lerica F1
Tomato Lerica F1 is an ultra-early determinate hybrid, distinguished by its early maturity and high yield. From germination to the beginning of ripening, it takes approximately 85-90 days, allowing for an early harvest. Plants are compact, ranging from 40 to 150 cm in height depending on growing conditions and pruning, and it is recommended to train the plant into three stems for optimal development and support of fruits. Flowering occurs above the 4th-6th leaf, each bearing 7-8 fruits, ensuring uniform and abundant fruiting. The fruits of tomato Lerica F1 are round with slight ribbing, red or pink in color, weighing 80-140 grams. They are dense, juicy, and have a rich sweet flavor, making them attractive for fresh consumption as well as for transport. The hybrid lacks green spotting at the stem attachment, indicating high fruit quality. Due to their density and resistance to cracking, tomatoes maintain their market appearance and freshness during transport and storage. Lerica F1 exhibits high resistance to major tomato diseases, including blossom end rot, tomato mosaic virus, alternaria, and phytophthora. This makes it a reliable choice for cultivation both in open ground and protected environments. The yield of this hybrid reaches about 11 kg per square meter in open ground and up to 15 kg in greenhouses. Compact and dense plants require staking in later growth stages, as they cannot support the weight of a large fruit load. This hybrid is ideal for those who value an early and stable harvest with minimal care.
