Tomato Lambada

Tomato Lambada is a mid-season, high-yielding variety with a maturity period from germination to fruiting of about 110-115 days. The plant is tall, reaching 1.8-2 meters in height, with a strong indeterminate structure. Fruits have a pear-shaped form with slight ribbing near the stem, a vibrant red color, and a weight ranging from 150 to 350 grams. The flesh is juicy, meaty, with few seeds, possessing a sweet taste with a mild acidity and a distinct tomato aroma. The variety is resistant to cracking, ensuring high fruit quality during transport and storage. Additionally, Lambada features dense fruit structure with minimal juice content, making it ideal for producing thick tomato paste. High marketability and excellent transportability make this variety suitable for both fresh markets and processing. The fruits lack green spots near the stem, indicating full ripeness and high product quality. Lambada is suitable for cultivation in open ground and plastic greenhouses, demonstrating high yields — up to 6.5-7 kg per square meter in open fields and up to 10-13 kg in greenhouse conditions. The plant forms a compact canopy with the first flower cluster located above the 5th-6th leaf, facilitating care and harvest. Thanks to its flavor, density, and resistance to damage, Tomato Lambada is an outstanding choice for gardeners and farmers seeking high-quality and flavorful yields.
