Tomato Kozachok F1

Performance and Resilience in the Field

For growers facing unpredictable soil pathogens, the "Kozachok F1" hybrid offers a high level of operational stability. Developed by the Kyiv Research Station of the Institute of Vegetables and Melons (UAAS), this variety is built to withstand significant environmental pressures, including vascular bacteriosis and clubroot, effectively reducing the need for aggressive chemical treatments.

Field Performance Metrics

• Vegetation Cycle: A maturity window of up to 90 days allows for precise harvesting schedules and early market entry.
• Operational Density: With a recommended plant density of 40,000 to 60,000 plants per hectare, the hybrid is optimized for efficient resource use and canopy management.
• Productivity: Yields reaching 50–70 tons per hectare make this an intensive, high-output option.

The practical advantage of working with Kozachok F1 lies in its robust defense against root rots and damping-off (black leg). For the farm operator, this means fewer losses during the seedling stage and reduced maintenance requirements. The 200g+ fruits are consistently round, ensuring that harvesting and mechanical sorting processes run smoothly without significant damage to the crop. It is a highly efficient choice for those who need a reliable, high-yield hybrid that balances technical resilience with excellent market-ready physical characteristics.
