KIRZHACH

Kirzhach — an early indeterminate tomato hybrid, distinguished by high yield and large fruit size. The fruiting period is 110-115 days from germination to fruiting. Plants are tall, reaching over 1.5 meters in height, requiring mandatory support and regular pinching. The hybrid is recommended for cultivation in plastic and glass greenhouses, where optimal microclimate conditions are ensured for producing high-quality harvests.

The fruits of tomato Kirzhach have a flat-round shape, smooth and juicy, weighing on average 150-250 grams, with individual specimens reaching up to 500 grams. They possess excellent flavor and are ideal for making fresh salads. Due to their resistance to cracking, the fruits withstand transportation well and can be stored for up to two weeks, making the hybrid suitable for commercial cultivation and canning.

Seedling cultivation begins with sowing in late February – early March, with transplanting at the stage of the first true leaf and the need for supplemental lighting for full development. Transplanting into greenhouses occurs at the end of April, when plants are 50-55 days old. Plant formation is carried out as a single stem, with removal of suckers and lower leaves, as well as pinching the growth point at the end of the growing season. The hybrid is resistant to diseases such as tobacco mosaic virus, cladosporiosis, fusarium, and blossom end rot, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield.
