Tomato Leningrad Giant

Lenigrad Giant is an early-maturing tomato variety distinguished by its large fruits and high fruit quality. The period from germination to the beginning of ripening is approximately 87-90 days, allowing for an early harvest. The plant is medium-height, determinate, semi-spreading, and compact, reaching up to 80 cm. Flowers are simple, with the first forming above the seventh leaf, and subsequent ones appearing every one to two leaves, promoting even fruiting. The fruits of this variety have a flat-round or heart-shaped form, medium density, and a beautiful pink color. The weight of a single tomato ranges from 200 to 400 grams, usually reaching about 300 grams. Tomatoes have excellent flavor with pronounced sweetness, making them ideal for dessert consumption. High taste quality and attractive appearance make this variety popular for fresh consumption and various culinary purposes. Lenigrad Giant is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and greenhouses. With proper care, including regular watering and fertilization, one plant can yield up to 3.5 kg of fruit. The variety is characterized by a long fruiting period, allowing harvest throughout the season. Due to its characteristics, this tomato is popular among gardeners and agricultural producers.
