Tomato HONEY CARAMEL

A Sunny Dessert for Your Garden

The «Karamel Medovaya» (Honey Caramel) tomato from the Sedek brand is the ultimate choice for growers who prioritize flavor profile above all else. Developed by originators Sergey Dubinin, Irina Dubinina, and Anatoly Lukyanenko, this variety has gained a reputation for being one of the most palatable early-ripening tomatoes available.

Why choose Karamel Medovaya?

• Fast Harvest: With a maturation period of up to 90 days, it is a perfect solution for gardeners in regions with a short growing season.
• Consistent Quality: Its 80–100 gram cylindrical fruits are uniform, with a dense, fleshy structure that resists cracking.
• Superior Transportability: Despite its sweet taste, the fruit possesses a resilient skin, making it an excellent choice for market growers who need to transport produce without damage.
• Visual Appeal: The vibrant orange color serves as a premium aesthetic addition to fresh salads and ornamental jars for preserves.

Unlike many early-season hybrids that tend to be watery, the Karamel Medovaya maintains its structural integrity when cooked. It holds its shape perfectly in whole-fruit canning, providing a delicious, candy-like sweetness that is rarely found in mass-market varieties. It is an ideal pick for those who value both yield and the 'wow' factor of home-grown produce.

Cultivation Insights: To maximize yield, ensure proper pruning and support. Due to the weight of the fruit clusters, sturdy trellising is recommended. It thrives under standard agricultural care and consistent irrigation, responding well to balanced fertilization during the flowering stage.
