About product
Description
The fruits of tomato ERCOLE have a elongated-pear shape, dense structure, and a deep red color both inside and out. The average weight of one fruit is 95–100 grams, with dry matter content reaching 5.3–5.5%, ensuring excellent taste and good storability. Due to these characteristics, tomatoes are suitable for all types of processing, including whole-fruit canning without skin, as well as for fresh marketing.
The variety exhibits high resistance to major diseases such as Fusarium and Verticillium wilt, as well as nematodes. This significantly reduces the risk of yield loss and simplifies crop care. Additionally, ERCOLE is suitable for mechanical harvesting, which increases harvesting efficiency and reduces labor costs.
