Tomato variety ERCOLE F1 is a medium-early processing hybrid that ripens 70–75 days after transplanting seedlings. The average weight of one fruit is 95–100 grams, with dry matter content reaching 5.3–5.5%, ensuring excellent taste and good storability. Due to these characteristics, tomatoes are suitable for all types of processing, including whole-fruit canning without skin, as well as for fresh marketing.
