Tomato Foronti

Tomato Foronti F1 is a mid-late maturing indeterminate hybrid, suitable for cultivation in glass and plastic greenhouses, as well as on artificial substrates and soils. The plant is vigorous, tall, with moderate vegetative activity and an open habit, ensuring good fruit set even under insufficient light. For optimal development, it is recommended to stimulate reproductive growth from early stages and remove one leaf at the tip until the end of March, considering local growing conditions.

The fruits of tomato Foronti have a round-oval shape, high uniformity in shape and size, deep red color, and large size with an average weight of 250-300 grams. They are dense, multi-chambered, highly resistant to cracking, and have good density, ensuring long-term storage up to 14 days. The taste of the fruits is very good, making them especially attractive for the fresh market. Harvesting is done individually, simplifying the process and preserving product quality.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to powdery mildew (Oidium neolycopersici) and elevated environmental temperatures, as well as comprehensive resistance to a range of diseases, including viruses and fusarium. Thanks to these characteristics and stable high yield, Foronti is one of the most productive hybrids in the bif-tomato segment, providing significant economic benefit due to high quality and quantity of fruits, as well as reducing costs for plant protection.
