FIGARO

Tomato Figaro F1 is an indeterminate hybrid developed by breeders of LLC 'Agrofirm Gavriš'. Plants reach a height of about 2 meters, have a medium-branched and medium-leafy structure with dark green, matte leaves. Inflorescences have an intermediate type and medium compactness. The fruits of tomato Figaro have a flat-round shape with a slightly ribbed surface and glossy sheen. Immature fruits are light green, while mature ones turn to a deep red hue. Inside the fruit, there are 4-5 seed cavities, and the average fruit weight is 89–93 grams. This variety is recommended for cultivation in protected ground, especially during the winter-spring period with extended cultivation. Fruit ripening occurs approximately on day 107 after emergence. Yield is stable and reaches 16.5–17.1 kg per square meter. Tomato Figaro exhibits good resistance to several diseases, including root-knot nematodes, tobacco mosaic virus, and cladosporeiosis. However, susceptibility to fusarium wilt and gray mold is rated as moderate. Due to its good to excellent flavor qualities, tomato Figaro is an attractive choice for cultivation in various regions. Its fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and culinary processing.
