ESFIGMEN

Tomato Esfigmen F1 is an early indeterminate hybrid intended for cultivation in protected ground. It takes 95-100 days from germination to full ripening. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth and shortened internodes, promoting compact development. The first truss with 4-5 fruits forms above the 9th-11th leaf, ensuring even fruit distribution.

Tomato Esfigmen fruits are round and weigh between 250 to 300 grams. They are firm, smooth, deep-red with a glossy surface and lack green spotting at the stem attachment. Thanks to high resistance to cracking, the fruits retain their market appearance and quality during transportation and storage. The taste is good, making them attractive for fresh consumption.

The hybrid exhibits high fruit set and resistance to several diseases, including tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), tobacco streak virus (TSWV), tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV), as well as fusarium and verticillium wilt and gall nematode infestations. The recommended planting density is 2.5 plants per square meter, enabling yields exceeding 35 kg per square meter.
