Tomato Sopernik

Tomato variety COMPETITOR is an early-maturing determinate type with a vegetation period of approximately 105-110 days. The plant is compact, reaching 50-60 cm in height, with simple inflorescences and small dark-green leaves. The fruits of this variety are flat-round, smooth, and firm, weighing from 80 to 110 grams, with a distinctive granular flesh possessing excellent flavor. Immature fruits have a light-green color, while ripe ones turn to a deep red. The variety is characterized by stable yield, reaching 5.0-5.5 kg per square meter, making it attractive for gardeners and small farms. COMPETITOR is well-suited for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings. Due to its early maturity and high transportability, the fruits retain their market appearance during transportation and storage. The variety is versatile in use: its fruits are recommended for fresh consumption as well as for whole-fruit canning, expanding the possibilities of harvest utilization. A distinctive feature of the variety is its resistance to adverse conditions, including drought tolerance and ability to set fruit well at high temperatures. Fruit set occurs uniformly, and the fruits exhibit resistance to cracking. COMPETITOR prefers a warm and sunny climate, which contributes to its high plasticity and stable productivity. All these qualities make this variety a reliable choice for those who value an early harvest of quality tomatoes with excellent taste characteristics.
