Tomato Alpha

Tomato 'Alpha' is an ultra-early determinate bush-type variety with upright stems and potato-like leaves. Compact plants, 40-60 cm tall, start bearing fruit as early as 85-90 days after germination, allowing harvest before widespread phytophthora infection. The plant is well-adapted to various weather conditions and can be grown both in open ground and under plastic cover or in unheated greenhouses.

The fruits of tomato 'Alpha' are round with a characteristic nipple, resembling a red plum. Each fruit weighs between 50 to 130 grams, and their color is vivid red. The taste is sweet, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption and pickling. Thanks to their flavor and shape, these tomatoes will be a highlight at any gathering.

The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 6.5 kg per square meter — which, combined with its early ripening, makes it indispensable for gardeners seeking a quick and abundant harvest. However, the fruits are not suitable for long-term transportation, so it is recommended to use them immediately or preserve them for winter. 'Alpha' combines excellent taste, resistance to adverse climatic conditions, and ease of cultivation.
