Tomato variety 'Blagodatnyi' is a medium-early determinate variety intended for industrial production and processing. From seedlings to ripening, it takes 98-107 days. Plants reach a height of 55-60 cm, have medium leafiness and large green leaves. Fruits are round, weighing from 80 to 95 (sometimes up to 120) grams, colored red at maturity, and immature fruits have a light green hue without a green spot at the stem attachment. The variety is characterized by high yield — 70-85 (up to 90) tons per hectare, excellent fruit set, and high fruit quality. Variety 'Blagodatnyi' is resistant to major pests and diseases, including tomato viral diseases (VGT) and phytophthora, and is not prone to fruit cracking. It has drought resistance and ecological plasticity, allowing cultivation under various conditions, including small-span polyethylene greenhouses of spring-summer turnover. Low placement of the first flower cluster promotes uniform fruit ripening. Fruits maintain their quality for 20-35 days after harvest in the milky ripeness stage, which is important for transport and storage. Tomato 'Blagodatnyi' is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for canning and pickling. It is widely used in canned goods, juice, and other food production. Fruits have good taste qualities, dry matter content reaches 6%, total sugar — 2.8%, ascorbic acid — 21%, and total acidity — 0.20%. Due to these characteristics, the variety is classified as salad-type and is popular among producers and consumers.
