BLACK LACE

Tomato Black Lace — a mid-season salad variety with a maturation period of 110-120 days, intended for cultivation in open and protected ground, including greenhouses and polytunnels. The plant is indeterminate, tall, reaching a height of 1.8-2.2 meters, and forms a strong cluster with 18-22 fruits. Recommended planting scheme — 40x70 cm; seedlings are sown in March-April, and transplanted into the ground in May-June. Harvesting takes place from July to September.

The fruits are round, smooth, chocolate-brown or purplish-brown in color when fully ripe, weighing 25-30 grams. They have a sweet, rich, dessert-like flavor and medium-firm texture. High anthocyanin content not only gives the fruits their unique color but also provides high antioxidant activity, making this variety especially beneficial.

The variety is characterized by high yield and resistance to several diseases, including verticillium wilt, fusarium wilt, as well as tip and root rots. It responds well to regular fertilization and soil loosening. Thanks to its ability to be harvested in clusters, Tomato Black Lace is convenient to use and suitable for both fresh consumption and making colorful canned assortments.
