Tomato Basta

Tomato Basta F1 — an early determinate hybrid developed by the breeding company Clause, intended for cultivation both in open ground and under protected conditions. The plant is compact and productive, with abundant foliage that effectively protects fruits from sunburn. The hybrid is characterized by its adaptability to growing conditions and high resistance to diseases such as Fusarium and Verticillium wilt, as well as bacterial spot, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield.

The fruits of tomato Basta have an attractive deep-red color and a plum-like shape, with an average weight of 60-65 grams each. They form densely and ripen uniformly, allowing for harvesting within a short period, often using harvesters. The flesh is sweet and juicy with a firm skin, ensuring excellent transportability and long-term preservation of marketable quality during storage. The flavor is rich and pleasantly sweet, making them versatile for fresh consumption as well as processing into tomato paste, juices, sauces, and whole-fruit canned goods.

Hybrid Basta F1 is characterized by high yield — up to 10 kg per square meter — which, combined with its resistance and superior quality, makes it an excellent choice for farmers and gardeners aiming to obtain an early, stable tomato harvest with outstanding flavor and market qualities.
