Tomato Bastion

Tomato BASTION is a medium-sized indeterminate hybrid with flat-round, bright red fruits. Fruit weight ranges from 140 to 160 grams; they are even, glossy, and sturdy, ensuring ease of transport and storage. The plant exhibits a semi-vegetative growth type and forms simple inflorescences with 7-9 clusters, each containing up to 8-10 fruits. The tomato has a non-jointed peduncle, which helps maintain fruit integrity during harvest.

Hybrid BASTION shows high resistance to a range of diseases, including Fusarium wilt, bacterial spot, tobacco mosaic virus, and also exhibits tolerance to other diseases such as ToMV, Fol, Va, Vd, Ff, and On. This makes it a reliable choice for greenhouse cultivation, where pathogen protection is crucial. The plant requires regular watering, soil loosening, and planting in fertile soil to achieve maximum productivity.

Tomato BASTION is suitable for light cultivation and extended cropping cycles, allowing for early and stable yields. The fruits have juicy flesh with a pleasant flavor and aroma, making them ideal for fresh consumption. Additionally, tomatoes are suitable for processing, including canning, juice production, paste, and ketchup, expanding their applications in culinary and food industries.
