Tomato ANDRUSHA is a high-yielding early-maturing hybrid intended for cultivation in glass and plastic greenhouses. The period from germination to maturity is 95-110 days, allowing for a relatively quick harvest. Plants are indeterminate, reaching a height of 1.5-1.7 meters, requiring appropriate care and support. Leaves are medium-sized and green, and inflorescences are complex, promoting the formation of a large number of fruits.
Tomato ANDRUSHA fruits are round, smooth, and uniformly shaped, weighing from 19 to 25 grams. They are harvested in clusters of 12-25 fruits, ensuring high yield — 6.5 to 7.5 kg per square meter. Unripe fruits are green with a dark green spot at the calyx, while ripe fruits turn into a rich red color. Tomatoes have excellent taste, being very sweet and juicy, making them ideal for fresh consumption as well as for whole-fruit canning.
The ANDRUSHA hybrid is resistant to major tomato diseases, such as fusarium, cladosporiosis, tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), and powdery mildew (PM). This significantly simplifies plant care and enhances yield stability. Due to its characteristics and resistance, this variety is popular among gardeners growing tomatoes under plastic coverings.
