Description
The ALABAY tomato variety is an early-maturing determinate plant, suitable for cultivation both in protected and open ground. The plant features medium-sized light-green leaves and simple inflorescences. The peduncle has a joint, facilitating harvest. The fruits are flat-round, slightly ribbed, and dense, with a mass of about 250 grams. Immature fruits are green without spots at the peduncle, while mature fruits turn to a rich red hue.
The ALABAY variety stands out for its excellent taste, making it versatile for various uses. Tomatoes are consumed fresh and are also used to prepare juices, tomato paste, and sauces. Due to their excellent flavor and dense structure, this variety is popular among gardeners and cooks.
The yield of this variety is average, reaching approximately 7.5 kg per square meter when grown under plastic covers. Such performance makes ALABAY an attractive choice for those who value early harvest and high-quality fruits with good commercial characteristics.
