RED SLICES

The tomato variety "Red Slices" is a versatile indeterminate type, suitable for cultivation in plastic greenhouses and open ground. Plants are tall, reaching over 170 cm in height, requiring staking and pruning. Leaves are long and green, promoting good plant development. Mid-season maturity — from germination to the start of fruiting takes about 115-120 days, with fruits ripening almost simultaneously, starting from late July to early August.

Tomato fruits have an original pear-shaped form with pronounced ribbing, which gave the variety its name — "Red Slices". They feature a dense, meaty texture and a rich red color with a raspberry hue. Fruit weight ranges from 120 to 150 grams, occasionally reaching 250 grams. Due to their firm walls and excellent taste, these tomatoes are ideal for stuffing, slicing, salads, and juice preparation.

The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 8 kg per square meter — and resistance to several diseases, including mosaic virus, cladosporiosis, and fusarium wilt.
