Sunflower X4334 is a high-yielding confectionery hybrid developed using the Clearfield® system, providing effective weed control and enhanced resistance to adverse conditions. The seeds of this hybrid are large, striped, and have excellent flavor, making them ideal for producing unrefined confectionery products. The Clearfield (Euro-Lightning) technology enables the hybrid to effectively resist diseases and pests, thanks to fungicide and insecticide treatments, significantly improving the quality and stability of the harvest. Hybrid X4334 has a medium-early maturity period with a vegetation cycle of 105 to 115 days. Plants reach a height of 160 to 185 cm, promoting good development and yield formation. High initial energy ensures rapid seed germination within 9-10 days and the formation of strong plants. The recommended planting density is 30,000–37,000 plants per hectare, which is optimal for achieving maximum yield. The hybrid’s resistance to major diseases is high: disease resistance ratings are 5 for terminal bud necrosis (TBN), 4 for white mold, and 5 for Phomopsis, indicating reliable plant protection. The hybrid yields 3.5–4.5 tons per hectare, with a potential yield rating of 8 out of 10. The hybrid consistently shows high performance even under drought and adverse conditions, making it a profitable choice for cultivation in various climatic zones.
