SS 100 is an early-maturing sunflower hybrid designed for conventional cultivation methods, but also successfully applied in extensive and medium-intensive technologies. It is characterized by high yield potential and resistance to various adverse factors, making it a versatile choice for cultivation in steppe and forest-steppe zones. Early development and flowering, along with high height of mature plants, contribute to efficient use of agroclimatic conditions.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major diseases, including false powdery mildew, verticillium, fomopsis, rust, anthracnose, and sclerotinia. Due to the presence of PL6 and PL9 genes, SS 100 demonstrates reliable protection against these diseases. Additionally, it is resistant to parasitic weed species from A to G, significantly reducing the risk of parasitic weed infestation. The hybrid also shows high drought tolerance and tolerance to the herbicide Clearfield Plus, expanding its application possibilities under various agronomic conditions.

SS 100 is characterized by high oil content in seeds, enhancing its economic attractiveness. The recommended seeding rate varies depending on soil moisture levels: 50-55 thousand seeds per hectare under insufficient moisture, and 60-65 thousand seeds per hectare under adequate moisture. The yield potential of the hybrid ranges from 33 to 53 centners per hectare, depending on the region and cultivation conditions.
