Sunflower N6LE417

Stable Yields Under High Disease Pressure

Choosing the N6LE417 hybrid from Nuseed Europe is a strategic decision for growers aiming to minimize risks in regions prone to pathogen outbreaks. This hybrid is designed for agronomists who prioritize consistent, large-seeded yields without the need for excessive fungicide applications during critical growth stages.

Agrotechnical Features and Resistance

The core strength of N6LE417 is its genetically inherent resistance to downy mildew, which effectively prevents early-stage crop loss and ensures optimal plant density. Additionally, the hybrid displays strong tolerance to powdery mildew, making it an excellent choice for fields with intensive crop rotation where soil-borne pathogen accumulation is a recurring challenge.

Morphology and Yield Potential

In the field, N6LE417 is characterized by large, slightly convex heads. The seed shape, ranging from narrow-ovate to elongated-globular, ensures high test weight and excellent kernel turnout. The deep black color of the seeds, a hallmark of Nuseed Europe genetics, is a clear indicator of physiological maturity and high-quality ripening.

When planning your sowing campaign, consider N6LE417 as a reliable tool for high-quality commodity production. The large seed size requires careful calibration of precision planters to ensure even plant distribution. The hybrid responds well to optimal plant density, allowing it to fully express the potential of its large head and deliver high yields per hectare, even in demanding environmental conditions.
