HELIAGRAS is an early-maturing sunflower hybrid (Helianthus annuus L.) characterized by high oil content in its seeds, averaging 52.0%. The plant features a tall, non-branching growth habit, medium-sized heart-shaped leaves, and weak blistering. Its ligulate and tubular florets are yellow, with very weak anthocyanin pigmentation on the stigma. The hybrid's heads are small and turn downward halfway at maturity; the seeds are narrowly ovoid with a black base color and gray side stripes, without spotting. The HELIAGRAS hybrid is intended for cultivation in the North Caucasus region, where it demonstrated an average yield of approximately 24 centners per hectare, with a maximum yield of 36.5 centners per hectare achieved in the Rostov Oblast.
