Sunflower F 14 JF 1 MJ

French Breeding for High Oil Content

In the sunflower market, the F 14 ZhF 1 MZh hybrid from Soltis occupies a niche of high-performance solutions aimed at a stable yield of quality raw materials. This product of French breeding is designed as a reliable tool for farms that prioritize oil content: reaching 50–55%, this hybrid is highly attractive to processors and exporters alike.

Biological Potential and Resilience

The key feature of this model lies in the balance between robust vegetative growth and phytosanitary protection. With a plant height of 160–170 cm, the hybrid effectively competes with weeds in the early stages of growth, while the large head ensures optimal seed filling. Soltis breeders have paid special attention to resistance against pathogens critical to European and global agriculture:

• Comprehensive resistance to major types of rot (white, gray);
• High tolerance to downy mildew;
• Preventive action against rust and powdery mildew.

This defensive architecture minimizes the risk of crop loss even under adverse weather conditions conducive to fungal disease development.

Why Choose F 14 ZhF 1 MZh?

This sunflower demonstrates field predictability, which is a key criterion for agronomists. The combination of genetically determined high oil content and a strong stalk minimizes the need for extra fungicide treatments, allowing farmers to follow a standard intensive cultivation scheme. For those seeking time-tested French genetics with a focus on product quality, F 14 ZhF 1 MZh remains a balanced choice that justifies investment in high-quality seeds.
