It is characterized by high oleic acid content, reaching 75.8%, making it especially valuable for producing high-quality sunflower oil. The hybrid is adapted for cultivation in various regions, including Central Chernozem, Middle Volga, Lower Volga, and Ural, and is recommended for Tambov, Penza, Volgograd, Saratov, and Orenburg regions.
ES ALANA exhibits high resistance to common sunflower diseases, including white mold and false powdery mildew, including new strains of this disease. The hybrid also shows resistance to downy mildew and drought, ensuring stable yields under various climatic conditions. The average maturity period is 112-116 days, which falls within the mid-late maturity range.
To achieve maximum yield, the hybrid is best grown on fertile soils with the application of fertilizers and nutrient supplements.
