Sunflower BT BDA 03

BT BDA 03 is a hybrid sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) of early and mid-early maturity, intended for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including the Lower Volga region. The average vegetation period is about 113 days, enabling the hybrid to successfully adapt and provide a stable yield. The 1000-seed weight reaches 65.4 grams, indicating large seeds and high yield potential.

The hybrid exhibits high ecological plasticity and resistance to a wide spectrum of diseases, including false powdery mildew, fusarium, rust, phomopsis, and sunflower downy mildew types A, B, C, D, and E. Additionally, BT BDA 03 is resistant to sulfonylurea herbicides, facilitating weed control and promoting plant health.

The primary use of the hybrid is the production of oilseed products, due to its high oil content in seeds, reaching 48.2%. The average yield in the Lower Volga region is 21.7 centners per hectare, confirming its high productivity and economic efficiency for agricultural enterprises.
