Sunflower B 0615 LM

Efficient Weed Management with Clearfield Technology

The «Б 0615 ЛМ» sunflower hybrid from Pioneer s.a. is engineered for farmers who prioritize weed control and operational efficiency. By leveraging the Clearfield (Euro-Lightning) production system, this hybrid offers robust tolerance to imi-herbicides, providing a clean field environment even in areas with severe parasitic weed pressure like broomrape.

Agronomic Profile and Performance

Classified as a mid-maturing hybrid with a vegetation period of 110–120 days, it offers a predictable timeline for field operations. The plant architecture, featuring a height of 170–180 cm and a medium-sized head, is designed to ensure uniform maturation and ease of harvest with standard equipment.

• Oil Content: With oil levels reaching 50–55%, this hybrid is a high-value commodity, meeting the quality standards required for competitive market pricing.
• Herbicide Tolerance: The built-in resistance to Euro-Lightning eliminates the need for repeated mechanical cultivation, which protects soil moisture and reduces fuel consumption.
• Field Reliability: Developed by Pioneer Overseas Corporation, the hybrid emphasizes consistent performance and field stability under moderate stress conditions.

Practically, «Б 0615 ЛМ» is best suited for intensive farming systems where minimizing weed competition is paramount. Its uniform growth cycle and high oil concentration make it an ideal choice for operations looking to streamline their harvest logistics while ensuring high-quality yield output. It remains a staple choice for growers who value the research-backed reliability of the Pioneer brand.
