The B 0615 LM sunflower hybrid is a high-yielding variety developed using conventional selection methods at a Serbian scientific institute. It exhibits tolerance to triabin-methyl herbicides, ensuring effective weed control and enabling the use of modern cultivation technologies. The hybrid's seeds are resistant to herbicide E and suitable for planting in various climatic conditions, including arid regions, steppes, and forest-steppe areas.

The hybrid's vegetation period is approximately 110 days, corresponding to the medium-early maturity group. Plants reach a height of 170-185 cm, with a well-developed root system that promotes efficient water and nutrient uptake — particularly important for regions with insufficient moisture. The flower head diameter is 22-24 cm, contributing to high oil content, reaching 51-52%. The hybrid shows resistance to races of downy mildew A-G, further enhancing its adaptability and yield stability.

B 0615 LM is recommended for planting at a seeding rate of 55-65 thousand seeds per hectare, depending on soil moisture levels. Due to its characteristics, the hybrid offers high yield potential, reaching 53-55 centners per hectare, and is suitable for producing high-quality oil. Its strong early growth and disease resistance make it a reliable choice for farmers seeking stable and high yields under various climatic conditions.
