Sunflower ALVI

The ALVI sunflower hybrid is a mid-early or mid-maturing high-oil variety intended for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the North Caucasus and Ural. The vegetation period of the hybrid ranges from 113 to 116 days, ensuring optimal ripening under the specified conditions. The 1000-seed mass varies from 39 to 59.9 grams, indicating large seed size and high seed quality.

ALVI is distinguished by its high oil content, reaching 49% to 55%, making it attractive for oil production. The average seed yield in the North Caucasus region is approximately 28.2 centners per hectare, and in the Ural region — about 13.3 centners per hectare, with a maximum yield of up to 16.7 centners. The hybrid exhibits resistance to diseases: it is weakly affected by dry rot and moderately affected by rust, which contributes to stable yields and reduced losses.

The ALVI sunflower is recommended for cultivation under various climatic conditions, as confirmed by its inclusion in state registries and successful trials in different regions. Its high oil content and good yield performance make this hybrid a promising choice for agricultural producers focused on efficient oil production.
