The beet pulp is intensely red, differs in sweet and tender taste with almost imperceptible rings, which increases its attractiveness to consumers. The root crops are half-buried in the soil, which makes it easy to dig them up, simplifying the harvest process and reducing labor costs.
The Sonata variety is recommended for processing and canning, making it a versatile choice for both home use and industrial production. Seed sowing is carried out in May with an optimal planting scheme of 10-20 cm between plants and 30-40 cm between rows, while the harvest is collected in September.
