To prepare soybeans, it is recommended to rinse the seeds, soak them in water for 6-8 hours, then rinse thoroughly and boil slowly in a large amount of cold water for about 50-60 minutes. Salt the dish approximately 30 minutes after the start of boiling. This method of preparation allows to preserve all the beneficial properties of soy and obtain a tasty and nutritious product.
