Soybean GL Melanie

Consistent Yields in Any Field Conditions

When selecting soybeans, yield potential must be balanced with field stability. The «Gl Melanie» variety from RWA Ukraina is designed for growers who prioritize consistency. With a growth cycle of 100-110 days, this variety fits perfectly into standard crop rotation schedules across Ukraine.

Field Performance

Standing 60-70 cm tall, these plants are easy to manage during harvest. The uniform height allows for efficient combine operation with minimal header loss. From an operator's perspective, the standout feature is the plant's health. The variety shows robust resistance to downy mildew (peronospora) and septoria, which significantly reduces the need for frequent fungicide applications, keeping input costs under control.

Protein Content and Market Value

For those focused on high-quality grain, «Gl Melanie» is a strong performer. The protein content ranges from 35% up to 45%, depending on nutrient management and soil quality. Furthermore, its resistance to diseases such as sclerotinia, brown spot, and mycosphaerella leaf spot ensures high grain quality at the elevator, preventing dockage due to poor seed appearance.
