YUKON is a soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) variety characterized by early maturity and a vegetation period of about 110 days. The plant is determinate, of medium height, with characteristic features: hypocotyl with anthocyanin pigmentation, reddish-brown pubescence of the main stem, and purple flowers. Seeds of the variety are yellow with a yellow hilum; the mass of 1000 seeds is 183 grams. Average yield in the region reaches 24.6 centners per hectare, while maximum yield indicators were recorded at 37.3 c/ha. Protein content in seeds is 45.2%, and fat content is 18.0%, making this variety attractive for producing high-protein and oil products.
Yukonagro is engaged in the production of soybean meal and soybean oil, as well as sunflower-based products. Production volumes of soybean oil reach 3600 tons per year, and soybean meal — 16800 tons per year. Production complies with all current legislative norms, guaranteeing product quality and safety. Soybeans used in production have a moisture content of about 12%, a foreign matter content of no more than 2%, raw protein of 32%, and an oily impurity content not exceeding 15%, confirming the high standards of raw materials.
YUKON soy is one of the most in-demand oil crops due to its high technological and agronomic characteristics. It is widely used in the food industry and for feed production, and also serves as raw material for soybean oil and meal production. Convenient delivery conditions, including EXW and CPT, ensure logistics flexibility and allow for efficient organization of soybean supplies both for processors and end consumers.
