Plants of indeterminate growth type reach a height of about 80 cm, have purple flowers and lanceolate-ovate leaves. A feature of the variety is the high attachment of the lower pod at a height of approximately 15 cm, which facilitates harvesting and increases yield. Seeds are brown with a yellow hilum; the mass of 1,000 seeds is about 223 g. The recommended sowing rate varies depending on growing conditions: 520–550 thousand seeds per hectare without irrigation and 420–450 thousand seeds under irrigation.

For sowing, a depth of 2–4 cm is recommended at soil temperatures above 10°C; row spacing can range from 20 to 56 cm depending on agronomic conditions. The variety is adapted for cultivation in the Central Chernozem and Far East regions and is recommended for the Lipetsk region and the Altai Krai. Average yield in these regions reaches over 30 c/ha.
