Pereslavska

Soybean variety Pereslavska is intended for use in animal feed production and food industry. It is a medium-maturing variety with a maturity period of 115–117 days under conditions of the Kyiv region. Plants reach a height of 96–100 cm, with an intermediate growth type and lower pod attachment height of 13–14 cm. Inflorescence is a multi-flowered raceme with 12–14 white flowers. Seeds are oval, yellow with a brown hilum, medium size, and 1000-seed weight of 180–185 g. Yield of the variety is about 5 tons per hectare, oil content in seeds is 19–21%, and protein content is 41–42%.

The variety is resistant to the most common diseases, ensuring stable yields and high product quality. Recommended for cultivation in the Polissya and Forest-steppe zones of Ukraine, making it a versatile and sought-after choice among regional agricultural producers.

In addition, soybean growers of the Pereslavska variety can avail services for processing raw materials under consignment terms. Processing is offered with return of approximately 80% of meal and 12–13% of oil, payment for processing can be made in oil, and soybean extrusion into meal is also possible. Such services allow efficient use of the harvest and production of additional products for animal feeding or further use in the food industry.
