The protein content in the seeds of the "Osmony" variety varies from 31.7% to 40.9%, and the fat content is about 22.9%, which makes this variety particularly valuable for producing soy isolate and other high-protein products. The yield of the variety is quite high: the average yield in the region is about 20 c/ha, while the maximum reached 35.5 c/ha, confirming its potential for commercial cultivation. The attachment height of the lower pod is about 12.7 cm, which facilitates harvest.
The "Osmony" variety is distinguished by its resistance to diseases and pests, which reduces the need for the application of chemical protective means and increases the ecological safety of cultivation.
