SANTANA LE 801 is a ready-to-eat salad made from shiitake mushrooms and pickled carrots, with mushrooms making up 63% and carrots 23%, imparting a bright flavor and aroma. The ingredients include sunflower (or rapeseed) oil, onions, sugar, table salt, sodium glutamate, black pepper, citric acid as an acidity regulator, as well as preservatives – sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.
The salad has a balanced set of nutrients: 5.9 g of fats, 2.2 g of proteins, 16.4 g of carbohydrates per 100 g of product, providing about 128 kcal and 1.56 g of salt. This makes it suitable for both everyday eating and quick snacks.
The product is manufactured in Belarus at the 'Santa Bremor' enterprise (Katyn Bor St., 106, Brest). Packaging is a tray without inner packaging, net weight 150 g.
