Description SANTANA AR 500
The "SANTANA AR 500" mushroom is a high-quality white mushroom grown from the double-spored variety Agaricus bisporus (Lange.) Sing., identified by code 9553770. It is characterized by pronounced three waves of fruiting and a total cycle duration from inoculation to harvest of the third wave – 48‑50 days. Due to its resilience to climatic conditions, this strain ensures a stable yield with high fruit body density: the average mass of one mushroom is about 19 g, and the total yield across three waves reaches 15.2–17.4 kg/sq.m.

The mushrooms are packed in 500 g packages, making them convenient for storage and transportation. Each mushroom is carefully selected, preserving freshness and natural flavor. The packaging ensures product integrity until use and allows convenient storage at temperatures of 2…4 °C.

The nutritional value of the mushrooms is high: 100 g of the product contains about 25.6 kcal of energy, 5 g of protein, and only 1.4 g of carbohydrates. Fats are absent, making them an excellent choice for dietary nutrition. "SANTANA AR 500" mushrooms are suitable for fresh consumption, freezing, or industrial processing (canning), providing a wide range of applications in cuisine.
