Orchard Grass Aldebaran

ALDEBARAN is a late-maturing hedgehog variety, distinguished by a unique combination of high yield and rust resistance. Thanks to this variety, a high total dry matter harvest is achieved, with summer yield at 108 %. Such productivity makes it an attractive choice for farmers seeking to maximize output from limited areas.

The variety features strong resistance to rust, allowing its use in high-humidity conditions and aggressive soils without quality loss. This is particularly important when combining with other feeds: ALDEBARAN pairs well with both pasture ryegrass and white clover, ensuring grazing resistance and increasing overall pasture use efficiency.

Due to its high yield and tolerance to adverse conditions, the variety is suitable for a wide range of applications – from dry feed production to direct inclusion in livestock rations. Its characteristics make ALDEBARAN a valuable resource for agricultural enterprises aiming to enhance productivity and resilience to climate challenges.
