Stimul is a mid-season parsley root variety with round roots about 11 cm long and 9 cm in diameter, weighing 220-250 g. The roots have a brown surface and ivory-colored flesh with a small internal cavity and slight rusting. The plant rosette is raised, consisting of 22-25 dark green leaves with medium gloss, 42 cm high and 24 cm in diameter. The petioles are long, slightly curved, medium width with an anthocyanin tint. The yield is 2.4-2.7 kg per square meter, making this variety suitable both for the local market and for transportation.
Stimul is unpretentious in growing conditions and can withstand light frosts. In the central region, it is grown via seedlings to obtain an early yield. Parsley leaves are rich in useful substances and have a pleasant aroma, making them an excellent ingredient for salads, stews, and preserves. Herbs can be dried, and fresh leaves retain their quality for up to 10 days when stored in a refrigerator.
Additionally, the variety is characterized by a compact rosette with fleshy and juicy dark green petioles possessing a delicate aroma. Parsley petioles of the Stimul variety are perfect for adding to salads, soups, and stews, expanding their culinary use possibilities.
