Ibis

Root celery of the Ibis variety is a very early variety maturing in 140-150 days. It is characterized by ease of harvest and the formation of large, smooth root crops, making it attractive for both processing and fresh market sales. The leaf rosette is semi-erect, of medium height, with dark green leaves of medium length and petioles without anthocyanin coloring. The root crops have a round shape, whitish color, and white flesh; the mass of one root crop is about 267 grams, and the market yield reaches 4.5 kg per square meter.

One of the important features of the Ibis variety is its resistance to leaf speckle (septoria), which contributes to maintaining plant health and reducing the need for chemical protective measures. This quality ensures harvest stability and high product quality, which is especially important for commercial cultivation.

The Ibis variety is suitable for cultivation both on an industrial scale and in private holdings, thanks to its early ripening and excellent taste qualities. Large and smooth root crops with white flesh have a pleasant taste, making this celery in demand for fresh consumption and processing.
