The vegetative period is approximately 75–90 days, allowing for harvest at optimal times. Heads have an oval shape and weigh between 185 and 350 grams, characterized by density and good closure. Leaves are bright green, ruffled, crunchy, and sweet-tasting, making them ideal for fresh consumption, salads, sandwiches, and dish garnishing. Due to their qualities, leaves maintain freshness well after harvesting.
