The YARISA sugar beet variety is a triploid hybrid with a conical, elongated rootstock shape. This variety is distinguished by its high yield and high sugar output per hectare, with an average rootstock weight of about 554-556 grams and a sugar content reaching 18.1%. YARISA is an early-maturing variety with a technical ripening period of 135-140 days, which allows for a stable harvest within optimal timing.

One of the key features of the variety is its high resistance to various diseases, including rhizomania, cercosporosis, powdery mildew, ramularia, and root rots.
