The flowers of this rose are bright pink, cup-shaped with a high center, double, composed of 20-30 petals. Flower diameter ranges from 5 to 7 cm, sometimes reaching 10 cm. The bud is dark pink and pointed. The flowering period is prolonged, from June to September, with mass flowering on a single stem simultaneously opening 3 to 5 flowers. The flowers have a light fragrance, which adds additional attractiveness to this variety.

Rose Tan99303 received international recognition and was awarded the "Gold Standard" title at trials conducted by the National Institute of Agricultural Botany in the United Kingdom (NIAB) and the British Rose Society in 2006.
