The 3D model was designed with the option to equip hydraulic, electric, or mechanical drives for active cutters, depending on the customer's choice. The cutter drive is based on the "Schumacher" Pro-Drive planetary reducer, providing high reliability and cutting speed up to 1080 strokes per minute. Mechanical drives for active cutters and special cast iron fingers with anti-resistance plates help reduce losses during harvesting.
The rapeseed header's construction is designed with a high safety margin for long-term and reliable operation, confirmed by a factory warranty of 12 months and a service life of at least 8 years. The header is painted with European enamels from the "Helios Group" corporation, providing additional protection and durability. Due to the header's extended design and increased cutting speed, losses during rapeseed harvesting are significantly reduced, making "Skif" an effective and versatile solution for modern combines.
