Description Sherpa
Rapeseed Sherpa is a mid-early, high-yielding winter rapeseed hybrid selected by Lembke, with a yield potential up to 68 c/ha and high oil content. It is characterized by rapid autumn development, early spring regrowth, and excellent regenerative capacity, ensuring a stable and profitable yield across various regions of Ukraine. The hybrid is recommended for late sowing and is suitable for cultivation on various soil types, including light soils, as well as for direct combine harvesting.

Sherpa exhibits very high winter hardiness and resistance to lodging, drought, and major diseases such as phoma, verticillium, alternaria, and fusarium. Its strong root system with numerous fine roots promotes uninterrupted growth even under dry spring conditions and on challenging soils, as evidenced by high yields, particularly in southern Ukraine.

The plant has a classic medium-high type with a tall main stem and very long lateral branches, ensuring an extremely high number of pods per plant. Its high viability and uniform ripening make this hybrid a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve quality and stable rapeseed yields.
