Rapeseed R 0656

Stability and plasticity during the autumn period

The winter oilseed rape Р 0656 from the French brand Lidea is a choice for those who are not ready to play the lottery with climatic surprises. In the field, this hybrid behaves predictably: rapid autumn vegetation allows it to form a powerful root system even before the onset of persistent frosts.

Winter hardiness and spring vigor

After the snow melts, Р 0656 does not require any «resuscitation». The hybrid emerges from winter with minimal stand density losses, eliminating the need for replanting. In the spring, it demonstrates an intense growth rate, quickly closing the rows, which provides a head start in weed control and preserves soil moisture. The stem is resistant to lodging, which simplifies the combine header operation during the harvest period.

Harvest efficiency

As for the harvesting process itself, the pods of this hybrid are resistant to shattering. The seeds are large, with high oil content, which ultimately affects the quality of the commercial lot and the purchasing price. Shedding is minimal, so losses during combining are practically non-existent with the correct drum speed settings.

• Root system: deep penetration, efficient nitrogen utilization.
• Sowing dates: wide range, responds perfectly to early and mid-season sowing.
• Intensity: medium-intensive type, responsive to intensive nutrition systems.

Germination is uniform, and the sprouting energy allows for a consistent stand even with minimal pre-sowing soil preparation.
